Welcome to Suvi Couture! I make and sell hand-woven tapestries, chainmail jewelry, and digital patterns for cosplay! My veteran fiancé helps out with the chainmail and software aspects, so proud to say this shop is Veteran Supported! The tapestries are all hand dyed and hand woven on a Glimakra Regina Tapestry loom. All yarn is 100% wool and dyed in house. My grandmother taught me how when I was younger, and i grew up not doing much. She is older now and her hands no longer work like they used to, so I took over her weaving. Chainmail designs are created by me, and both my fiancé and I work on the pieces. Most of the pieces are made with anodized aluminum, making for brightly colored and very light weight jewelry. The digital patterns are made from my own cosplays. Most cosplays I do do not have a readily available pattern, so I end up making them from scratch. I put these into a PDF so that they are easily downloadable and usable for anyone with access to a printer and a computer!
